The staff could not do enough for me. They made the the whole visit a very enjoyable experience.
Attentive service, efficient arrangement of courtesy car
Travelling to and from the garage via the taxi service offered wasnt pleasant. I had to wait for 30 mins outside my office for the taxi.

The service I received from Alex and Gethin whilst ordering my new M3 was second to none. They both made us feel comfortable and did not push through the sale with a series of hard sales as has been experience whilst buying cars previously.

We have seen a real improvement in the general attitude to customers, especially at reception since Sytner have taken over at Slebech. The mechanics and technical worshop staff discuss any problems and are always helpful.

Fitting the tyre from stock was slow, the car was dirty - in the past it had been washed - the wheel where the tyre was changes still covered in fluid from us of puncher repair.

A plastic cover was left in the side pocket and I have not discovered where it is from. To go back to the dealer to sort it means a 40 mile round trip. everything else was fine

The service was excellent
There was a problem with the brake tester so they dropped me in to town and picked me up later when it had been fixed. These things sometimes happen and machines do go wrong so how the staff handle these things is important. They were very helpful.

They didnt fix or diagnose the correct problem, car has now been taken to Sytner Cardiff and they have found the problem
Some confusion with booking the car in, which was done over the phone but sorted out quickly.

Sytner surpassed the required test for all that is the service/repair experience,even valeted the car afterwards,in and out,staff perfect,you are never ignored,even if they are busy at the time,couldn't do more.
We have used Sytner Haverfordwest several times and each time their service is excellent. The girls at reception are always really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The work done to the vehicle is always excellent and the car always comes out clean
Job done well but was expensive......... wing mirror cap as £45 but cost £60 to have it sprayed the body colour!!! WOW................ when I bought the car the total wing mirrors only cost £450 for the pair

The vehicle was returned to me after its first visit with the fault still present. The fault indicator was clear to be seen when starting the car. The subsequent visit was competently handled and successful.
I went in for my first service, I was told 90mins was the expected wait time but this ran over by nearly an hour. No one came to update me.

The car had a fault with the auto headlight and on using the car yesterday I find the fault to be worse than before the service

Only one complaint is I wish they would not wash my car as whoever does it is not very good at it or train someone who takes pride in his/her work and does a properly not just a quick power wash then rub with a dirty rag.
