Staff are always very polite and that you can have a courtesy car is very helpful
I found it difficult to put across the point regarding the suspension and that it should be changed, when I took it back after maybe the 4th or 5th time I felt as if I was in the wrong for bringing it up, surely that should not be.
All of the girls on the service desk were very polite and easy to talk to, explaining everything.
Car completed on time
I was made to feel under valued, I brought the car in with an oil leak on the gearbox sump and instantly on the defensive when asked if it was covered by the warranty. I asked about extending the warranty and told to look online.
Always helpful and reliant
on my first visit they scuffed my door panel and left white polish on my leather seats they have now offered to look at it, my second visit was to diagnose a fault with the headlamp having water inside, my third visit they fitted the wrong head light

I have been treated with the utmost respect by all at Sytner, but this car is not right despite constant reassurances from the workshop technicians. I have owned seven BMWs, my last being an older X3 auto and it did not have this rumble.
Without the call centre it would have been 5 stars
It was not good value. The cost over and above the parts charge was disproportionately high compared to the short amount of time taken for the job.

As always efficient friendly and a pleasure to visit and deal with. The staff particularly John Rosser are a credit to you and Bmw and show how it should be done.
I explained that obviously the idea of getting the tracking done was to get as much mileage out of the very expensive tyres which could - at this stage - still be saved, but was told again that this was normal practice (continued in survey section 3)
Very pleased; had wheel alloy replaced under warranty without any problems whatsoever. Very efficient and speedy response and fitted within 2 weeks from start to finish.

Efficiency and helpfulness of staff
Due to oil over side of engine , service book not stamped . I reckon the oil was siphoned out not drained which leaded me to think the service I payed for was not done properly. I dipped oil after my wife came back the 20 mile home oil was black

Bit of a mix up with the availability of parts, but all other aspects of the service were great. Notice was given early and the appointment was rearranged in good time, couldn't ask for much more.
The staff at all BMW garages have been help full, car ready on time stated, also clean.

birthday check up was told car would be cleaned only a superficial wash was told when complained "but it is free" !!!!!

Excellent and friendly staff
I have purchased about 12 - 13 3 & 4 series BMW 's over the last 35years, from Green Bower & Sytner ownership.I have always been happy with the service received. But 2 weeks ago I had white staining left on leather seat while in for 'recall' work.
Service was excellent. One thing I'd like to note, if they unplug all connections to the dashcam during service, maybe reconnect before returning to customer!
This was my first experience of Sytner Haverfordwest and I will definitely be returning. I experienced excellent customer service, especially from Danielle and was given a brand new 3 Series courtesy car to use while mine was being repaired.

The garage in question were excellent, they kept me well informed and even when the news was not good were most apologetic. However they were let down seriously by BMW
Alex Hathway was very helpful and professional. His approach was not aggressive. He was calm, warm, approachable, knowledgable and thorough.
The whole team at Sytner Haverfordwest have the professional courtesy to treat you as a very valued customer, however others go way beyond what is expected. I don't wish to embarrass, however Nick Evans went beyond what anyone could reasonably expect
