Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited.

This is due to the fact that prior to the service my car broke down again, this is twice in a few months with the same problem, however it took from the 15th March until the 6th April 2017 to repair.

We called into enquire about purchasing a car. The young salesman was very helpful to give us all the information we were looking for to upgrade. The receptionist kept us constantly supplied with drinks and even offered us a doughnut.
