The estimated waiting time was exceeded by 20%, we had to ask for a cup of coffee during our 2 hour wait, and although I suggested, following my last visit here, that a second chair be provided at the reception desk, that has not been done.

The time to next service was not reset resulting in computer telling me I needed another service immediately. When this was reset I was then told I needed brake fluid service in 2000 miles. Why couldn't this have been done at service time. live 70mls

All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I had one issue after the service, the steering wheel on my car was filthy when I went to drive home. This was corrected but it should not have happened and I was told it might be handcream!!!

Mechanic when arrived was polite, apologetic and repaired the problem. Compensation was discussed of an umbrella but nothing forthcoming - not even a follow-up phone call
