I needed the car back by a certain time, i arrived and my car had been serviced and cleaned ready for collection, and i was early !!Always the best service and care from Ms Ceri Thomas in Service Dept.
All service personnel are 'in tune' with customer requirements.
My car was very well looked after and was even washed by the garage. The only reason for not being completely satisfied is because I had to go looking for it before I could leave! Normally it would be left in the parking bay out front.
One item needs another visit to complete. A nuisance!

BMW use to automatically offer courtesy car, no longer it seems. I was without a car for 2 days. Told i needed to pre book, but not until I dropped car off , which was too late. A taxi was provided to get me to garage to collect my car however.

Girls at the reception and service desk have always been helpful over the years,when we dropped off the car for the MOT and asked if we could pick it back up after our holidays wasnt a problem and Ceri emailed us to let us know the car has passed.
The service team were extremely polite and efficient. They kept me up to date throughout and helped to and from the dealership.
