I explained that obviously the idea of getting the tracking done was to get as much mileage out of the very expensive tyres which could - at this stage - still be saved, but was told again that this was normal practice (continued in survey section 3)

I was kept informed of the fault and repair after the car was taken to my local dealer after breaking down on the motorway.
Due to oil over side of engine , service book not stamped . I reckon the oil was siphoned out not drained which leaded me to think the service I payed for was not done properly. I dipped oil after my wife came back the 20 mile home oil was black

The staff at all BMW garages have been help full, car ready on time stated, also clean.
Bit of a mix up with the availability of parts, but all other aspects of the service were great. Notice was given early and the appointment was rearranged in good time, couldn't ask for much more.

birthday check up was told car would be cleaned only a superficial wash was told when complained "but it is free" !!!!!

Excellent and friendly staff
I have purchased about 12 - 13 3 & 4 series BMW 's over the last 35years, from Green Bower & Sytner ownership.I have always been happy with the service received. But 2 weeks ago I had white staining left on leather seat while in for 'recall' work.
Service was excellent. One thing I'd like to note, if they unplug all connections to the dashcam during service, maybe reconnect before returning to customer!
This was my first experience of Sytner Haverfordwest and I will definitely be returning. I experienced excellent customer service, especially from Danielle and was given a brand new 3 Series courtesy car to use while mine was being repaired.

The 'health check' that resulted in an online video being sent to me seemed pointless and I wasn't too happy later to be given two MOT advisory notices that weren't mentioned in the 'health check'!

The one area of difficulty is the absence of detail provided compared with previous services eg tyre treads, I had a short video sent which said brake discs were 70% used but no indication of how long before they needed replacing.
The service team are very professional, both Elaine and Dannielle have made sure everything is ok and my car is looked after. The video showing the vehicle inspection is s great idea.

The dash board and Stirling wheel were not cleaned. The driver seat was not hovered. There was mud in the front left tyre.
Efficient and thorough
An appointment was made by your head office for a recall on the car and we were told that there would not be anything to pay. On the day we paid £107 as someone, not me, had booked a car service as well. I find this a bit underhand.
