The one area of difficulty is the absence of detail provided compared with previous services eg tyre treads, I had a short video sent which said brake discs were 70% used but no indication of how long before they needed replacing.
The service team are very professional, both Elaine and Dannielle have made sure everything is ok and my car is looked after. The video showing the vehicle inspection is s great idea.
They continue to try and find the source of intermittent clicking noise

The dash board and Stirling wheel were not cleaned. The driver seat was not hovered. There was mud in the front left tyre.
Efficient and thorough
An appointment was made by your head office for a recall on the car and we were told that there would not be anything to pay. On the day we paid £107 as someone, not me, had booked a car service as well. I find this a bit underhand.
As stated above although because of my age I could not be provided with a replacement car. I'm 87. The staff did everything possible to be of help.
Nick Evans went out of his way to spend an hour with me discussing future purchase options whilst my car was being attended to. Nick also contacted subsequently to keep me informed of the future launch arrangements of the Z4
Did expect to receive vehicle check video from the engineer - but none was prepared
I was slightly disappointed that the issue I mentioned with the system warning required a further appointment. With other cars I've had, diagnosis is part of the service, or they've known what the warning meant already
The work was done quickly and efficiently. The reception area is very comfortable when waiting. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

My car went to Sytner on the Saturday and returned to me, repaired, on the following Monday morning. Great service.

Good customer experience
They were great. They got us home, not BMWQ or Enterprise. They paid for a car to get us home as Enterprise after 7 hours offered a taxi.
Problem sorted whilst I waited. Met the technician before the work started so that he could focus on the issue. Technician met me after the work was done to explain everything.
