My only complaint is having to pay to avoid a large excess on the insurance
The service was fine but I don't understand why BMW insist on a microfilter change after only 8000+ miles. It seems unnecessary for a low mileage customer.

girls in reception are very professional ,but garage does not let you know in plently of time. if i hadnot checked the vehicle prior to taking it ,no one had said that they had damaged all 4 wheels.

Normally very good, but recently disappointed. Was hard to get hold of someone at the service desk on a few occasions. No one informed me that my parts had arrived. I chased up myself to book car in. Went through call center in the end who were good.
