No water was filled for the window wipers and when I had a Mercedes, when this went in for a service it was always valeted

I thought my radio on/off switch was faulty and access to a technician would have given me the answers to my query on the spot. Instead my car was booked in for the day taking a loan car, wasting everyone's time. Unnecessary effort by all.

We had some questions about servicing the air-con system which the service receptionist could not answer. While the car service was being carried out Stephanie James took the trouble to find out how the air-con worked and explained the system to us.

I had an early appointment regarding a flat battery but before I left I had a new cooling system installed in the car. In actual fact this was done a number of days before I received a letter calling the car back regarding this faulty cooler.

Disappointed that after trusting my main dealer to supply and fit 2 new tyres rather than getting them cheaper elsewhere. One of my wheels was damaged(minor) in the process and had to be repaired. It was repaired quickly & to a good standard however.

Booking difficult. No answer on calling, despite repeated attempts. Email eventually but couldn't really ask the questions I wanted via email - the response was really just 'it's booked'. Note Sytner Haverfordwest were brilliant - just the booking.

returned loan car after a few hours expecting my car to be ready but was told because I had a loan car the service on mine would be done last thing in the day as people are expected to keep the loan car until the end of the day.

In the end of warranty check and service a problem with the nearside rear panel filling with water was missed. This is a drain plug issue, I know as I had the off side addressed a few months ago.
