The brake fluid change was fine but I asked them to check the front brake discs as I suspected they were warped. The garage confirmed this but stated they were not covered by warranty. I am very disappointed as the car is less than 3 years old.

They managed to fit me in at very short notice as I needed to make a long journey to the home counties for an appointment

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. The options given when the car is being serviced allowed me to use the time for other matters rather than just wait.

The attitude of the staff was excellent, particularly Danni, Steph, Elaine and FranI would have scored it a 5 if the wheel worked on had had the correct tyre pressure set after it had been removed and refitted. it was way over pressure.

The service was fine but I don't understand why BMW insist on a microfilter change after only 8000+ miles. It seems unnecessary for a low mileage customer.

I work offshore so was away during the time my car was being delivered. I sent various emails to Lucie which were replied to and all questions answered. I was taken through all the functions so that I could drive away satisfied.

Sales and others were helpful and very professional. Having previously had Mercedes,Audi and Volvo cars ,it was a little disappointing to have to pay for transfer of my private number plates and to receive no little inexpensive gift with the new car.
