I did experience one problem with the ventilation system and therefore had to pop the car into your Swansea garage. This demonstrates the flexibility now available through the Sytner network, ensuring the customers needs are met.

Perfect. Especially with the offer of a courtesy car as I am mid way between Haverfordwest and Swansea (25 miles from each), so with the early check in and replacement car for the day makes it far easier to fit around work and family commitments.

I had a wasted visit first time around (taking time off work to travel) due to no loan car being available despite telling the call centre that I needed one. However 2nd time around the loan car was available and had a quick turnaround on repair.
Car had 57k service - oil change & filters etc & vehicle check at a cost of £552. When I I opened the hood I the engine bay did not appear to show any signs of work having been carried out ie nothing wiped over. Oil on dip stick black. Filters ?
the work was only partially completed.I complained verbally to the assistant-there was nobody else available at the end of the day when I collected the car- nobody has contacted me since!
I was kept fully informed at all stages of the diagnostic test and the prognosis

Normally i have always had excellent service from Sytner. Only frustration this time was the hour delay between when the car was booked in and when they actually started work on it.
As the screen doesnt work, I cant change the clock to what it used to be before I took my car in for a service at Haverfordwest.Customer service has gone downhill and I would describe it as terrible. Very overpriced for the job done.
Friendly, and professional staff
Overall it was a very positive experience. The staff were efficient and helpful, particularly the young man from the workshop, who was willing to answer all my technical questions when the car had to be re-examined following the initial repair.

all the staff give me total confidence in them, as they are all dedicated to their job and makes the visit more of a pleasure rather than a chore, and I know when the car has been serviced nothing has been missed, and of course the coffee is bonus
Originally booked in of Friday 5th Oct for fault diagnostics. No parts in stock so re-booked in for Weds 10th. Unable to complete repair due to issues in repair center (unable to re-configure). Loaned a courtesy car but had to return following day.
Carried out the service efficiently and effectively and I wasnt kept waiting a long time.staff very friendly ,pleasant and courteous.
Knowledgeable technicians ensured that I felt my car was in good hands.
Issue is not resolved as yet but service to date has been excellent.

I been given to understand a service was due together with MOT but on arrival it was established that the service was not due until May 2019. This in itself was not a problem except that I live 25 miles away from Sytner

The brake fluid change was fine but I asked them to check the front brake discs as I suspected they were warped. The garage confirmed this but stated they were not covered by warranty. I am very disappointed as the car is less than 3 years old.
We were seen to straight as we entered the reception desk ,told of what the service would involve and asked to take a seat and was offered a coffee while we waited .
They managed to fit me in at very short notice as I needed to make a long journey to the home counties for an appointment

The attitude of the staff was excellent, particularly Danni, Steph, Elaine and FranI would have scored it a 5 if the wheel worked on had had the correct tyre pressure set after it had been removed and refitted. it was way over pressure.

All OK but engine service light was not reset as apparently the system was not working. Had to return another day to have it reset.
Felt on occasions I was being misled, being told certain things couldnt be done to the car with out spending out on other things

We didn't have an appointment time for collecting the car so turned up as stated " sometime after midday". The people in front of us arrived late for their appointment so we had to wait until the sales executive had finished with them.
I was completely satisfied with my visit at a time when I was not sure whether to buy another car or keep the one I owned. In the end it was as if the new car was waiting there for me in its wrapping and as soon as I saw it, I had to have it!
Nick Evans is very good at what he does; always genuinely friendly each time I went in for a service, and really helpful in all aspects
