I had a few irritations with the contact centre who rang me 5 times to arrange a service I had already arranged, and the warranty manager who insisted I pay for a service included in my service inclusive package
Been waiting two weeks for a call back on a certain problem which needs a new booking made
Service was priced at £402 and later found that Swansea Sytner was £320 for the same service. Service advisor had to alter the bill. Service wasn't loaded into the iDrive.

We really appreciated that BMW at Haverfordwest arranged to collect & then return our motability vehicle. My husband is disabled & this service made everything so much easier. That the car was cleaned inside & out was an added bonus. Thank you
When I collected the vehicle the lady at the service desk mentioned tyres needed to be kept an eye on, which would have shown up on the video that should have been sent to me, but I never received this ! Also car ran out of oil a day later !
The Team went out of their way to ensure that my day to day requirements were met, good friendly service and so far no issue with the car.

Car fully serviced. I was impressed by the video sent to me showing the state of my car underneath. My car was not washed particularly well.
Staff welcomed me , listened to the issue which assisted diagnosis and prevented unnecessary cost or time wasted on anyone's part. The job was completed in good time and staff notified me of completion accordingly. Thankyou

Couldn't have asked for more. However I don.t also think the car needs an expensive ' all round health check" each visit, on top of when the car is taken in for a specific known problem.
I have not had the car serviced yet so cannot answer this question. I did take it back for a recall and clean which was very efficient.
Friendly and efficient throughout
These guys were on the ball, they were expecting me and knew exactly what I was there for. Very polite and helpful reception ladies who clearly took customer care seriously.

Always kept me informed how car is getting on
When I booked a service it was confirmed the car had a service warranty. I waited for the service to be carried out, when ready, I was presented with an Invoice for £470.00. I was in shock until they confirmed it did have a warranty.
Everything was carried out to a high standard.
Can't fault the team
They look after me - very welcoming. - and always provided me with a replacement car.

As I mentioned earlier, at Sytner Haverfordwest nothing is too much trouble.The staff are so helpful, and any queries are always explained thoroughly.You get good coffee too although we do miss the biscuits, but Nick does bring them in ha ha.

All Staff at Sytner Haverfordwest were extremely friendly and welcoming. Only popped in as I was on weekend break in the area. They gave me an amazing deal. Previously brought a car from Cardiff the experience wasn't a patch on the smaller dealership
