Can't fault the team
When I booked a service it was confirmed the car had a service warranty. I waited for the service to be carried out, when ready, I was presented with an Invoice for £470.00. I was in shock until they confirmed it did have a warranty.

Had all my BMW cars with the same garage (even though the dealership has changed and I have always had more than satisfactory service
It was all done very professional by Lucie who sold us the car, which we liked the continuity of the same person dealing with us until the end and we know that if we need any advice that we can speak to her at any time.
Lucie kept us informed all the way through the process from ordering the car to its arrival, even sending us a video so that we could see our car whilst we were away. She even offered to come in and do the handover herself even though on leave!
Excellent sales staff, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Gave us time and space to make decisions but was there for advice if needed.
I got a car I wanted at a price/trade in I was happy with and was very satisfied with the excellent level of service and attention provided. What more can one ask for?
As I said, nick Evans is a gent,I have always purchased a car through nick, and Arron in finance is the same, no question excellent service from both, let down by the pdi check, I noticed the bad fitment of rear boot lining, don't think it's up to me
