My car went to Sytner on the Saturday and returned to me, repaired, on the following Monday morning. Great service.

Good customer experience
They were great. They got us home, not BMWQ or Enterprise. They paid for a car to get us home as Enterprise after 7 hours offered a taxi.
Problem sorted whilst I waited. Met the technician before the work started so that he could focus on the issue. Technician met me after the work was done to explain everything.

I was kept informed as to when my car would be ready. And the receptionist was able to tell me when parts on my car would need to be replaced, as routine servicing. There is no service book anymore, which I think is wrong if owners wish to carry out

Friendly sales and reception
Everything was explained in detail. We were kept informed throughout the process.
We didn't have an appointment time for collecting the car so turned up as stated " sometime after midday". The people in front of us arrived late for their appointment so we had to wait until the sales executive had finished with them.
I was completely satisfied with my visit at a time when I was not sure whether to buy another car or keep the one I owned. In the end it was as if the new car was waiting there for me in its wrapping and as soon as I saw it, I had to have it!
