Excellent service and well looked after during the service.
girls in reception are very professional ,but garage does not let you know in plently of time. if i hadnot checked the vehicle prior to taking it ,no one had said that they had damaged all 4 wheels.

Normally very good, but recently disappointed. Was hard to get hold of someone at the service desk on a few occasions. No one informed me that my parts had arrived. I chased up myself to book car in. Went through call center in the end who were good.

The service itself was excellent, the video with the overall check on the car is a great addition.But the loan car provided hadn't been cleaned, the inside was very grubby and smelled of fish & chips, don't expect this from a Sytner facility.
I had expected to have some sort of payment as a result of my previous visit but had nothing to pay, also the surroundings the staff attitude and the general professionalism from all staff is exceptional

Had car booked in for MOT but I needed new tyres. It would have been helpful to have tyres and MOT together but unfortunately, even though I contacted in advance and asked for best quote, you were £70 inc VAT more per tyre! than a local supplier.
Have dealt consistently with this team. Always very friendly, accommodating and they make you feel valid as a customer. Greatly impressed by their professionalism.
Quoted 1 hr 30 mins but actually took 2 hrs 25. No apology for delay. On checklist it shows that the bodywork had been examined (visually ok,areas 1 to 4) however a scrape and dent to the rear nearside bumper was missed..
Very polite and knowledgeable counter staff although service took a fair while longer than the quoted 90 minutes and I thought the service was to include a car wash.

I had visited the dealership to enquire the availability and cost of the tyres that I needed replacing non were in stock but would be in stock the following day and I would receive a telephone call to confirm, that did not happen.
The fault the car went in for i.e. Xdrive alarm has re-occured
Required advice with low transmission whine when engine has warmed up , was advised that my front tyre pressures were too low. The pressures were increased to 36lbs . This has not cured the noise as it is still evident where do I go from here

Ive used courtesy cars from this dealer many times. However on this occasion I was told to bring the car back with the same level of fuel, even though I travelled 20 miles max. There should be a limit on this, I.e over certain milage, refuel.
